- Where can I buy Ippo le Challenger DVDs ?

Answers :

- How/where to download the episodes ?
The rights of the first season of the anime in France are the property of Declic Images. Hence any fansub activity (sharing, too) must be stopped.
As for the second season, please refer to the homepage so you can learn about the different teams that subbed it and the ways to download their releases.

- How many episodes are there ?
Season 1 : 76 episodes, comprising one special episode, plus 2 OAVs : Champion Road and Mashiba vs Kimura. Both OAVs are to be watched after the original season, as it is the original chronological order.
Season 2 (New Challenger) : 26 episodes.

- Is Hajime no Ippo over after the end of the anime?
Hell no. The manga is still going on as we speak, and is about to reach its 90th volume. So you have some catching up to do ;)

- Where should I pick up the manga if I want to read the rest of the story ?
After the first season and both OAVS > Start at volume 35, chapter 315.
Après the second season > Start at volume 47, chapter 418 ; be aware that the second season skipped a flash-back about Kamogawa and Nekota’s past, located in volumes 45 and 46.

- Where can I buy Ippo le Challenger DVDs ?
The DVDs released by the old editor (RCP) are sold out. Some may pop up through destocking commercial actions, but it’s rare. You best wait until the new version by Declic Images gets out, under the form of 4 sets near the end of 2009.

- Where can I buy Hajime No Ippo video games ?
Games available in France :
- Victorious Boxers (PS2) ~5€
- Victorious Boxers 2 (PS2) ~15€
- Victorious Boxers : Challenge (Wii) ~30€
Games available in Japan/ import through internet or in specialised shops :
- Hajime No Ippo : The Fighting (PSX)
- Victorious Boxers (GBA)
- Hajime No Ippo 2 (PS2)
- Victorious spirit (PSP)
- Hajime no Ippo : The Fighting (DS)

- Where can I find scanlations of the manga ?
In English : http://manga.ignition-one.com/downloads/
In French : www.Hajime-no-ippo.net / www.Berserkcrew.com

-  When will the next chapter/episode be released ?
The alliance Hajime-no-ippo.net/Berserk-crew.com offers you 2 different kinds of scanlation : volume per volume (HQ) and chapter per chapter (LQ/MQ). Obviously, the first one takes longer, especially considering the time we have to wait to obtain HQ RAWs (one every 2-3 months, so count at least that amount of time between each release). As far as chapters are concerned, we more or less follow Ignition-One’s rythm. Globally, there is no way to predict any release date, as the duration of the work varies too much. So, it’s done when it’s done.
